The Office of the Wet’suwet’en have in our Written Final Argument Submission indicated that Michael Ross and/or Jeff Huberman will be presenting on behalf of the Office of the Wet’suwet’en by telephone; anticipated to take no longer than the allowable (1) hour.

More than one person may present the Oral Argument of a Party, but the total amount of time taken must not exceed the maximum time allowed for that Party.
Intervenors and government participants will have up to one (1) hour each to provide their Oral Argument. Since Northern Gateway has the burden of proving its case and will be responding to all other Parties, it will have up to two (2) hours for its Oral Argument.

The Order of Appearances will include all Parties that have provided Written Argument and have advised the Panel by 31 May 2013 that they would like to provide Oral Argument. The list will be organized alphabetically.

Location and schedule for the final hearings for Oral Argument Final hearings for Oral Argument will take place in Terrace, British Columbia, starting on 17 June 2013.
The Panel will sit Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additional hearing time may be scheduled in the evenings and on Saturdays, as required.

It is anticipated that it will take up to two weeks to complete all of the Oral Argument.

Also, there will be a two-day rally outside the Best Western Inn, starting on Sunday June 16-Monday June 17, 2013.
